Veterinarian BVSc(Hons)

At the age of 5, Holly decided she wanted to be a vet. She was fortunate enough to grow up on a beef cattle and sheep farm at Strathdownie. It was here where she developed a love for livestock and helping sick animals. Holly completed her schooling at Grant High School in Mt Gambier, S.A. She earnt a scholarship to the University of Queensland in Brisbane and graduated in 2003.

Following her graduation Holly was employed at O’Callaghans Parade Veterinary Clinic in Horsham. After a year in the Wimmera, Holly took a position closer to home at Western District Veterinary Services. Holly established herself as a very thorough Veterinarian with exceptional soft tissue surgical skills. During this time Holly met and married local cropping and sheep farmer, Brent. Together they work one part of the Herrmann family farm near Dunkeld with their two children Libby and James.
